Alia Bhatt reveals about future plans – ‘Making more films, having more children’

Mumbai, October 11. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has revealed her future plans. Her plans include making more films, having more children and traveling to many places.

Talking about her future, Alia said, “Hopefully doing more films, not only as an actress but also as a producer. The plans also include more children, traveling to different places, a healthy, happy, simple, calm, and nature-filled life.”

Actress Alia Bhatt married Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor in April 2022. In November 2022, the couple welcomed daughter Rhea.

During IMDb’s Icons Only segment, Alia also revealed which films of her and her husband Ranbir she would like her daughter to watch when she grows up.

Alia said, “I think probably ‘Student of the Year’ would be better for me. Honestly, it is the youngest, most laid back film that kids can watch. It is my first film. Though, I am not very proud of my performance in that film, but it is full of songs and I think my daughter will really love it.”

For Ranbir, Alia chose the film ‘Barfi’. She said, “I think it is a very child-friendly film.”

Alia revealed which performance brought the biggest change in her acting.

Alia said, “I think my first film where I felt a big change in my personality was ‘Highway’. Probably because I was on the road, away from home for so long. That was the first time I experienced what it was like to go to college, but my college was a film set.” She further added, “Maybe after that, ‘Udta Punjab’ was a film where my character made me very uncomfortable. But I think this is the first and only film in which I did complete method acting. I was actually physically and emotionally disconnected from the world while shooting the film.”

She further said that the experience of filming “Gangubai Kathiawadi” affected her a lot. Alia said, “It was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and after his direction you are never the same actor.”
