America officially removed from Paris climate agreement

The US has formally withdrawn from the Paris Climate Agreement. It is the only nation among nearly 200 signatories that has distanced itself from this global agenda to combat climate change. US President Donald Trump announced in June 2017 that his country would withdraw from the Paris Agreement.

According to the report of the news agency Xinhua, according to the agreement, its signatories can only formally request to leave the agreement after three years of effect, which falls on November 4, 2019 and will be effective for one year from the delivery of the return notification, Which means the US formally pulled out of the agreement on 4 November.

Trump announced his departure from office as soon as he took office, terming it a threat to the US economy.
