The woman has also uploaded two CCTV footages of December 11. In which her husband is seen beating her and dragging her on the ground. He also tries to slam her against the wall. Meanwhile, a senior police officer said that an FIR has been registered in this matter on December 11 at the Najafgarh police station under sections 323, 341, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the report, Sumit Kumar, Teotia’s brother, in his complaint to police officials on September 13, alleged that on September 4, he had gone to his sister’s in-laws’ house in Barwala village as his sister was repeatedly harassed by her in-laws. was going. There I was threatened with death by my sister’s husband Tarun D’Abbas.

However, somehow I managed to get out of Tarun’s house with my sister. Fearing intimidation, I made the first PCR call on 4th September at around 6.16 pm. After this I made another PCR call at 6.20 and 6.22 for police help.

Sumit also told in his complaint that while waiting for the help of the police, I started driving my car slowly. My sister and I were in the car with our newborn baby. During this I saw that Tarun was following us. Meanwhile suddenly Tarun overtook me and put his car in front of my car. 5 to 7 goons came out of the car, who thrashed me and my sister. However, the PCR van intervened. Sumit said, Tarun also openly threatened to kill me. After this incident, Tarun also called my mother and threatened her too. My whole family is in shock.

Meanwhile, DCW chief Swati Maliwal said that it was very unfortunate that a woman police officer had to resort to social media to act against her husband. I have issued a notice to the Delhi Police in this matter. Immediately an FIR should be registered and the accused should be arrested. We will provide all possible help to the lady officer. If the police officer is not safe in the capital, how can other women be safe?
