Its Bhumi Padnekar’s birthday! Find out how she celebrated her 31st birth anniversary

A ctor Bhumi Pednekar took to Instagram to share pictures from her birthday celebrations. She said she was fortunate to have such incredible people in her life.
On instagram post she wrote: “As I turn a year older, all I can think of is how fortunate & grateful I am. To be surrounded by such love and support. To have such incredible people in my life. To be able to follow my passion and have a job that I love. To have the love the audiences give me. To be able to give back and work towards making this world a better place. To have the means to protect the ones I love. I am so grateful for everything. With everything happening around us, am so so overwhelmed by the love that everyone has shown… Thank you so much.

Meanwhile, Bhumi’s sister Samiksha wished the actress on her birthday. She wrote on her instagram caption : Happy Birthday @bhumipednekar No words can explain what you mean to me – you are my world, you are my life and you are everything I need! My sugar, spice and everything nice. Keeping shining my love – you make a lot of lives brighter #HappyBirthdayBhumi”

In one of the pictures, Bhumi is being fed a piece of her birthday cake while in the second one, she sits in front of her birthday cake, with her eyes shut and with a content expression on her face. A ton of her industry colleagues wished her on the occasion.

Bhumi Padnekar

Bhumi Pednekar (born 18 July 1989) is an Indian actress who appears in Hindi films. She was born in mumbai. She is of Marathi and Haryanvi descent; her father, Satish, was a former home and labour minister of Maharashtra, and her mother, Sumitra, worked as an anti-tobacco activist after the death of her husband from oral cancer She did her schooling from Arya Vidya Mandir in Juhu. At the age of 15, her parents took out a study loan for her to study acting at Whistling Woods International, but she was expelled due to poor attendance. Within a year and a half, she joined Yash Raj Films as an assistant film director, and paid off the loan. She went on to work with the company for six years under Shanoo Sharma. she made her film debut as an overweight bride in the company’s romantic comedy Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015), which earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
