LG  Delhi visits NDMC’s Integrated Command and Control Centre at Palika Kendra,NDMC Chairman and Secretary share the experience of utility of Integrated Command and Control Centre.

New Delhi:  Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi – Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena visited Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) at Palika Kendra, New Delhi today.

NDMC Chairperson – Shri Bhupinder Singh Bhalla and Secretary – Shri Vikram Singh Malik accompanied the Hon’ble LG and shared the utility and experience to provide the online citizen-centric services through its Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC).

The Chairperson of NDMC, Shri Bhupinder Singh Bhalla mentioned that NDMC’s ICCC was inaugurated by the then Lt. Governor – Delhi Shri Anil Baijal in September 2020.
NDMC Chairperson stated that NDMC has set up this Integrated Command and Control Centre for managing multiple services from a single location on a common platform under Smart City Mission. More than 21 NDMC services like solid waste management, street lighting, parking, sewage treatment plant etc. have been integrated on this platform.
Hon’ble LG was delighted to see this facility at NDMC for managing citizen-centric services through its Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC).

On the occasion, a detailed presentation on the functioning and utilities of the Integrated Command and Control Centre was made by the NDMC before the Hon’ble LG.
