Record cases of Covid-19 are being filed continuously in Canada

Ottawa: Covid-19 cases in Canada continue to increase. Here 486,393 new cases and 13,865 deaths of Kovid have been recorded. This information was obtained from media reports.

Ontario, Canada’s most populous province, reported 2,432 new cases of Covid-19 on Thursday, according to the Xinhua report. New cases are the highest number of cases recorded on a single day since the onset of the epidemic in the country.

The Ontario Hospital Association has imposed a lockdown of up to four weeks in each public health unit where the infection rate is 40 or more per 100,000 people.

According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, there are 75,885 active cases nationwide, with an average of 6,614 new cases per day in the last seven days.

“It is extremely important to remember that a large number of Canadians remain susceptible to Covid-19,” Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer Theresa Tam said in a statement on Thursday.
