Shia-Sunni Muslims gather outside Jama Masjid, raise demand for Rizvi’s arrest

New Delhi| Hundreds of Shia and Sunni Muslims gathered outside Delhi’s iconic Jama Masjid on Friday against former chief of UP Shia Central Waqf Board, Wasim Rizvi, and expressed his displeasure at Rizvi. During this time, all the Muslim people got very angry towards Rizvi, while there was also talk of boycotting Rizvi. Actually Wasim Rizvi filed a petition before the Supreme Court for the removal of 26 verses from the Quran. After this, there was anger among Muslim religious and Muslim society across the country.

Addressing the protesters outside Jama Masjid, Shia cleric Maulana Kalbe Jawad said, “Not a single word can be changed in the Quran. The religious leaders declared that Wasim Rizvi is boycotted by the Shia and Muslim community and is now called Rizvi Muslim. Is not worth. ”

“Not only this, the religious leaders mention that he is no longer a Muslim, so Rizvi can no longer be buried in a Muslim burial ground, nor can he come to any wedding ceremony.”

He further said, “The Supreme Court should dismiss Wasim Rizvi’s plea in the case and impose a heavy penalty against him so that no one can think again to file such a plea.”

The religious leaders also demanded during this time that the National Security Act (NSA) should be enforced against Wasim Rizvi, because such people are a threat to the security of the country.
