Two people shot dead in Delhi salon, police investigating reasons

New Delhi. In a sensational incident, two people were shot dead at a salon in Delhi’s Dwarka area on Friday. The police said they are investigating all aspects, including personal enmity.

A purported video from the salon’s CCTV camera is also going viral on social media, showing two gunmen entering the salon. One of them shot a man at very close range while he was begging for his life.

Dwarka Deputy Commissioner of Police Ankit Singh said that the Police Control Room (PCR) at Najafgarh police station had received a call in which the caller informed that there was a firing at a salon at Indra Park, Pillar No. 80.

“Also, a call was received at Mohan Garden police station regarding two persons being admitted to the hospital with bullet injuries,” the officer said. He added that both the persons, Sonu and Ashish, died due to their injuries. Has occurred.”

According to sources, Sonu was shot once in the head, while Ashish was shot thrice in the head and once in the chest.

During the preliminary investigation, the police came to know that Sonu had no previous involvement in the crime, whereas Ashish was implicated in two cases.

A police officer associated with the investigation said, “Three police teams have been formed. The police teams are also scanning CCTV cameras in the area to trace and arrest the accused.”
