48 oxygen plants are being set up in hospitals in Delhi

New Delhi| A new oxygen plant has been set up at Satyavadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital in Delhi. The plant has a production capacity of 330 liters of oxygen per day and can fill 50-60 cylinders. If used through a pipeline, around 33 patients can be given 24 hours of oxygen. To overcome the lack of oxygen, 48 such plants are being set up at different places all over Delhi.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inspected the new oxygen plant at Satyavadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital on Thursday.

The Chief Minister said that the Delhi government is importing 21 oxygen plants from France and the rest of the plants are from India.

CM Arvind Kejriwal said, “Satyawadi inspected the new oxygen plant set up at Raja Harishchandra Hospital. I thank the Government of France for this cooperation. We have 48 such plants all over Delhi to address the lack of oxygen.” Are setting up. ”

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that as we are seeing that there is a huge shortage of oxygen in Delhi for the last few days. On one hand, while we are taking oxygen from the central government, on the other hand, we are also trying to produce as much oxygen as we can at our level. In view of this, an oxygen plant has been installed in Satyavadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital.

CM Arvind Kejriwal said that Delhi needs 700 metric tons of oxygen per day, if we get 700 metric tons of oxygen per day, then there can be a proper arrangement in hospitals inside Delhi. When I spoke to the MS of Satyavadi Raja Harishchand Hospital, he told me that his hospital has 200 beds, but is unable to enroll patients on 40 to 50 beds because of lack of oxygen. If a sufficient amount of oxygen is found, then 40 beds can be prepared immediately here. There are many hospitals that have reduced their beds. They are unable to raise beds due to a lack of oxygen. If oxygen comes in sufficient quantity, then the hospitals in Delhi will work to their full potential.
