New Delhi| A few days after the Delhi government set up a vaccination center in the Rajendra Nagar area of the national capital with a vaccination capacity of around 3,000 people per day, it is now claimed to start another similar facility at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and MLA from Rajendra Nagar constituency, Raghav Chaddha, said in a tweet on Friday, the Delhi government has provided another vaccination facility in our Rajendra Nagar constituency. Hassle-free, clean covid vaccination in Delhi’s government school.
Along with this, Raghav also appealed to the people to get vaccinated. He wrote in the tweet stating the address of the vaccination center, Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, C Block, Narayan Vihar.
The Delhi government has already established a vaccination center at Radha Swami Satsang Beas in Rajendra Nagar. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal visited the center on Wednesday to review the preparations for the vaccination program.
Kejriwal said on Thursday that if the vaccine is made available in sufficient quantity, the Delhi government will prepare itself to carry out a mass vaccination campaign in the national capital and vaccinate all people in the next three months.
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has approached the AAP government to set up vaccination centers at the community level.
