Gwalior | When a dog barked in Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh, the neighbor did not like it, then he beat the dog to death. On the complaint of the dog’s mistress, the police have registered a case under Section 429 of animal slaughter against the accused. According to the information, Chhaya Tomar, who lives in Ramkala Nagar of Murar police station, has accused Pardesi of beating the dog Chhotu. The woman says that on Saturday afternoon, her dog Chhotu was standing in the door and barking, when neighbors came with their companions, picked up Chhotu and beat him.
The woman says that she took the unconscious Chhotu to the hospital, but she died in the hospital late at night. The woman reached the Murar police station on Sunday afternoon with the body of the dog, but the police refused to write the report. Later Chhaya reached the police station along with other women when the police wrote a report against the accused.
According to Muran police station in-charge Ajay Pawar, a case has been registered against the accused under section 429 of animal killing on the complaint of the woman. The police are taking action.
