New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a road show on Saturday after coming out of jail on bail in the Delhi liquor scam. He directly targeted the BJP government at the Center and said that it wants to stop all the facilities for the people of Delhi.
CM Kejriwal today held a road show in favor of party candidate Sahiram Pehalwan in Mehrauli, South Delhi. After this he will also do a road show in Krishna Nagar.
Addressing the public, the Chief Minister said, “I was thinking inside the jail, what is my fault that I have been locked up. The ruling party (at the Centre) wants to shut down everything for the people of Delhi. Like Manish Sisodia A leader who has rejuvenated all the schools of Delhi has been closed down. A leader like Satyendra Jain has been closed down who has provided good facilities to the people of Delhi in mohalla clinics and hospitals.
CM Kejriwal was released on bail by the Supreme Court on Friday till June 1. He said, “I am coming straight to you after being released from jail. I missed you a lot. When my wife and Bhagwant Mann used to come to meet me in jail, I was asking whether the people of Delhi were facing problems, were they Is electricity available free, are other facilities available or not?
During his road show, Arvind Kejriwal presented the work done by the Delhi government before the public. A theme song has also been launched by the party whose lyrics are – ‘Bande Mein Hai Dum’.
