JP Nadda met Amit Shah, discussed the selection of new Chief Minister of MP, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.

New Delhi, December 4  After winning the elections in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, the BJP is now busy selecting the name of the next Chief Minister of the three states.

However, Shivraj Singh Chauhan is currently the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. But, in all three states, the BJP had not announced the Chief Ministerial candidate, and in all three states, the party had contested the assembly elections under the collective leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, hence, the party’s high command is now planning the politics of the next 15-20 years. Keeping this in mind, the government wants to select the new Chief ministers of these three states.

But the party also has to keep in mind the equations of the Lok Sabha elections to be held in a few months. On Monday, party national president JP Nadda met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and discussed the selection of Chief chief ministers of the three states. It is being said that both leaders sat and discussed many aspects regarding the political situation of the three states, future politics, and the new face of the party organization. However, even after continuous and repeated requests by journalists, party national president JP Nadda did not disclose these things.

Avoiding the question of when the name of the Chief Minister can be announced, JP Noida, while thanking the journalists very much, only said, “The rest of the things will be discussed within the party on time.”

Talking about Chhattisgarh, state election in-charge Om Mathur, election co-in-charge, and Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, along with other leaders, have left for Delhi from Raipur with their report. In Delhi, these leaders will meet the party’s high command and give their feedback.

Meanwhile, in the capital Delhi on Monday, Rajasthan election in-charge Pralhad Joshi, Rajasthan BJP in-charge Arun Singh, and Rajasthan BJP President CP Joshi met Home Minister Amit Shah and gave their respective feedback. Mahant Balaknath and Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore met Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

Apart from Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Lok Sabha MP from Kota and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and Mahant Balaknath are also said to be in the race for the post of CM.

After the huge victory in Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan has emerged as a more powerful leader; hence selecting the Chief Minister in this state is in itself a big challenge for the BJP. If BJP sources are to be believed, the party high command has almost finalized the name of the next Chief Minister of the three states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan in the meeting held at the BJP National Headquarters Extension late on Sunday night. But before the final announcement, the BJP wants to take feedback from all important people.
