Pushkar Singh Dhami meets Home Minister Amit Shah, Legislature Party meeting will be held after March 19

New Delhi: The caretaker Chief Minister of the state Pushkar Singh Dhami met Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday amid the ongoing meetings regarding the selection of the next Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. Dhami, along with the party’s national media in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni, met Amit Shah at the Home Minister’s office in the Parliament House complex.

Talking to the media after the meeting, Pushkar Singh Dhami said about the round of meetings that routine meetings of the organization are held here and this meeting took place in this episode. However, this meeting is being considered very important in view of the ongoing brainstorming period within the party regarding the name of the Chief Minister in Uttarakhand.

In Uttarakhand, an important meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s residence late on Monday night, in which Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP President JP Nadda and election in-charge Pralhad Joshi attended.

On Tuesday, in a meeting chaired by BJP President JP Nadda at the party’s national headquarters in Delhi, discussions were held regarding government formation in Uttarakhand. Apart from Pushkar Singh Dhami, many leaders of the Uttarakhand BJP core group were also present in this meeting and the meeting with Amit Shah in the evening after this meeting is being considered very important.

It is being told that after March 19, a meeting of the BJP Legislature Party can be held in Dehradun. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh as a central observer and Meenakshi Lekhi, minister of state for external affairs as co-observer will be present in that meeting. The name of the new Chief Minister will be announced in the same meeting.
