After one and a half years, ‘Ram-Laxman’ have come to the assembly: Atishi

New Delhi, September 27 . Chief Minister Atishi mentioned many things in her address in the Delhi Assembly on Friday. Atishi said that today is a happy moment for the Aam Aadmi Party and all the people sitting here that our party’s Ram-Laxman Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia are present in the assembly after one and a half years.

Atishi said that it is also sad that due to the conspiracies of the BJP, Arvind Kejriwal had to stay in jail for six months. He had to resign from the Chief Minister’s chair. For the last two years, the BJP and its investigation agencies have left no stone unturned to destroy Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party. ED-CBI raided the houses of AAP MLAs. We have seen that when ED-CBI raids, crores of rupees are found. But, they do not find anything in the raids of AAP leaders. They did not find even a rupee from Manish Sisodia’s house.

Atishi further said that Aam Aadmi Party is an honest party, a party that works for the people of Delhi. But, BJP and its investigation agencies put AAP leaders in jail one by one. Satyendra Jain, who gave the wonderful model of Mohalla Clinic to Delhi, was arrested. Manish Sisodia, the father of Delhi’s education revolution, was arrested. Even after doing all this, when BJP could not stop the work being done by the Delhi government for the people of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal was arrested. So that Aam Aadmi Party could be defamed.

Atishi said that BJP has governments in many states. But, they did not give free electricity-water, nor schools-hospitals in any state, yet their government runs in loss. On the other hand, Kejriwal gave free electricity-water to the people of Delhi, gave excellent schools-hospitals, free bus travel to women and free pilgrimage facility to the elderly, yet Delhi’s budget is in profit, because Arvind Kejriwal is staunchly honest, he knows how to work.
