PM Modi to hand over appointment letters to over 51,000 youth on Saturday

New Delhi, April 25 Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute appointment letters to over 51,000 newly-appointed youth across the country under the Rojgar Mela through video conferencing at 11 am on Saturday. He will also address the youth on this occasion.

In line with the Prime Minister’s commitment to give top priority to employment generation, this 15th Rojgar Mela will be organized at 47 locations across the country. Its objective is to empower the youth of the country and ensure their participation in national development.

The candidates selected through this job fair are from different parts of the country and will serve in various ministries and departments of the Central Government. These include the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Posts, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Labor and Employment etc.

The job fair is part of the initiative of the Central Government, which aims to appoint youth in government jobs in a timely and transparent manner. This initiative not only provides better career opportunities for the youth, but also strengthens the administrative system of the country.

This event will infuse new enthusiasm among the youth and they will be able to play an active role in nation building.

Earlier, on 23 December 2024, PM Modi handed over appointment letters to 71,000 youth. Addressing the rally during this, PM Modi had said that his government gives top priority to the youth of the country. He said that the youth have got employment and jobs through the job fair.

The Prime Minister had said that in the last one and a half years, 10 lakh youth have got government jobs. Today’s youth is full of enthusiasm and confidence. He had said that in today’s time, youth are making a name in every sector.
