NEW DELHI| The Aam Aadmi Party has alleged that the house of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been attacked. The Aam Aadmi Party alleged that the attack was carried out by BJP workers. According to the AAP, these activists were protesting outside Manish Sisodia’s house and during this time he entered the house. The Delhi Police has taken action and arrested six persons. AAP MLA Atishi said, “The Deputy Chief Minister’s house has been attacked with police nexus. It is a matter of shame. Never before has such an incident happened in the political history of Delhi.”
Atishi said, “Do these people want the family of the Deputy Chief Minister to be killed. Is the BJP avenging the loss in the Delhi Assembly elections?”
Earlier, BJP workers staged a sit-in at the residence of Chief Minister Kejriwal on the issue of dues of the Municipal Corporation. BJP leaders accused the AAP workers of conspiring to attack the mayors and BJP leaders. Against this, BJP workers demonstrated near Sisodia’s residence.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also condemned the incident and wondered why BJP in Delhi is getting so desperate day by day. He said, “I strongly condemn the systematic, organized and violent attack on Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s house. The goons barged into his house in the presence of the police when the Deputy Chief Minister was not there. Why is the BJP so desperate in Delhi. ”
AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “The police did not prevent the goons from entering Sisodia’s residence, but also removed the barricades outside the Deputy Chief Minister’s house.”
Saurabh Bhardwaj showed a video outside the residence of Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, in which some people are seen forcibly entering inside the Deputy Chief Minister’s residence.
Bhardwaj said, “The goons attacked the Deputy Chief Minister’s residence. The Deputy Chief Minister was not at home at the time of the attack. The Delhi Police has helped BJP goons in this task.”
