MUMBAI| A Mumbai court on Monday granted bail to comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachia in a case filed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Both the husband and wife got bail on 15-15 thousand personal bond. The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in Esplanade Court allowed the bail application of the couple, who were decided to be sent to judicial custody by Sunday, December 4.
Explain that Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh are accused of taking drugs. Marijuana (cannabis) was recovered by the NCB from both the houses. After this, Bharti was arrested on the first Saturday itself, then after hours of questioning, NCB also arrested Bharti’s husband Harsh.
Harsha was arrested by the NCB early Sunday after a raid on his home and office in Andheri West. 86.50 grams of marijuana has been seized from Bharti’s house.
