Lucknow, March 2 Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati has removed her nephew Akash Anand from all posts including the National Coordinator. Apart from this, she announced that no one will be the successor of the party while she is alive.
Mayawati has taken many important decisions in the meeting of all the small and big party officials of All India including Uttar Pradesh in Lucknow on Sunday. She has removed her nephew Akash Anand from all posts. Now Anand Kumar and Ramji Gautam have been made the National Coordinators of the party. Also, the work of both has been divided.
She said that following the footsteps of Kanshi Ram, Ashok Siddharth, who is also the father-in-law of Akash Anand, has now been expelled from the party in the interest of the party movement. Who worked to weaken the party by dividing it into factions in the entire country including Uttar Pradesh. As far as Akash Anand is concerned in this case, you know that he is married to Ashok Siddharth’s daughter and now after expelling Ashok Siddharth from the party, how much influence does his father have on that girl. How much influence does his daughter have on Akash, we will have to look at all this very seriously, which does not seem positive at all till now.
Mayawati said that in such a situation, in the interest of the party, Akash Anand has been separated from all the responsibilities of the party, for which not the party but his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth is completely responsible. Who has also spoiled the political career of Akash Anand. Now in his place, Anand Kumar will continue to do all the work of the party as before.
Mayawati told that Anand Kumar, who is also the National Vice President of the party for the last many years, will look after the entire paper-work of the party in my absence and under my guidance, especially the party’s income tax and court-court related work and also the complete management of my election tour during elections in the entire country. Now, along with looking after all the important tasks of the party in Delhi, he also maintains his contact with the party people across the country, whose complete information he gives me from time to time. Therefore, keeping in mind the current circumstances, along with keeping him as the National Vice President of the party, he has also been made the National Coordinator of the party. Now the party has appointed Ramji Gautam as the second National Coordinator.
She said that about Anand Kumar, I also want to inform that in the present changed circumstances, in the interest of the party and the movement, he has now decided to connect his children with a non-political family so that like Ashok Siddharth, his party does not suffer any loss in the future.
Mayawati said that now I have decided that as long as I am alive and till my last breath, I will not have any successor in the party. The decision was welcomed wholeheartedly by the people of the party. Mayawati has reiterated her statement today that for me the party and the movement come first. Brothers and sisters and their children and other relations etc. all come later.
