New Delhi| Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on Monday. He gave this information by tweeting. Modi wrote, “Looking forward to being in Indore on January 9 to mark Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD). It is a wonderful opportunity to deepen engagement with our diaspora, which has distinguished itself globally.” As per reports, the event will go on till January 10.”
The theme of Pravasi Bhartiya Divas is ‘Pravasi: Reliable Partners for India’s Progress in the Amrit Kaal’. According to official sources, more than 3,500 expatriate members from around 70 different countries have registered for it.
The program will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister on Monday. After this, the President of Guyana Mohammed Irfan Ali and the President of Suriname Chandrika Prasad Santokhi will address as guests.
