New Delhi, November 17 Punjab Cabinet Minister for Tourism and Cultural
Affairs and Investment Promotion, Anmol Gagan Maan will be the chief
guest of ‘Punjab Day’ function to be held on 18 th November 2023 during the
ongoing India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New
Delhi.
Punjab Cabinet Minister, Anmol Gagan Maan will inaugurate the Punjab
Pavilion where stalls of various departments and institutes including
Markfed, Verka, PSIEC-Invest Punjab, Punjab Tourism, Punjab Agriculture
University Ludhiana, Department of Science, Technology and Environment,
and Punjab Pollution Control Board have been set up to showcase the
state`s culture, heritage, industrial growth, agricultural innovations and
handicraft as well as related products. The theme of this year is
'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – Unity through Business'.
A spokesperson of the Punjab Government revealed that the officials
deputed by various departments at the stalls have been informing visitors
about the various progressive and pro-people initiatives of the state
government led by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
The spokesperson further informed that renowned Punjabi singer Afsana
Khan will perform during the cultural leg of the Punjab Day function.
