Special screening of ‘Aakhir Palayan Kab Tak’ held in Delhi

The special screening of ‘Aakhir Palayan Kab Tak’ was recently held at PVR Cinema Hall in Delhi. BJP leader Harnath Singh Yadav, Sohni Kumari, director Mukul Vikram, Bhushan Patial and Chittaranjan Giri participated in it.

On this occasion, BJP leader Harnath Singh Yadav said that this is a film based on a true incident. I had also raised this issue in the Parliament. Giving the example of a village in Tamil Nadu, the land is being captured by the Waqf Board.

He said that an entire village was captured by a community and an attempt was made to evict them from there. There are hundreds of similar incidents. Producer and actor Sohni Kumari said that I am from Rajasthan and I have seen many such incidents in which people had to migrate due to land grab by a community, keeping that in mind I have made this film based on a true incident.

Produced by Sohni Kumari and Alka Chaudhary, the writer and director of this film is Mukul Vikram. Based on a true incident, the story of the film ‘Aakhir Palayan Kab Tak’ revolves around the murders between two communities due to religious fanaticism, a police inspector posted at the police station, a missing family and its four members and many other exciting situations. The film actually highlights the deadly and horrifying experiences of Kashmiri Pandits living in a Muslim ‘mohalla’. How minority and majority communities have hatred and animosity towards each other. How they use different tactics to suppress each other, create an atmosphere of fear and insult each other. This is what an attempt has been made to tell in this film. Rajesh Sharma, Bhushan Patial, Gaurav Sharma, Chittaranjan Giri, Dhirendra Dwivedi and Sohni Kumari are in lead roles in this film.

‘Aakhir Palayan Kab Tak’ will be a treat for all those cinema lovers who like to watch realistic cinema. This film is inspired by real events of life and society.
