When will the swearing-in take place in Delhi, the date has been revealed!

New Delhi, February 14 After the results of the Delhi Assembly elections, the process of government formation has accelerated. According to sources, the swearing-in ceremony of the new government in Delhi can be held on February 19 or 20. At the same time, the meeting of the legislature party will be held on February 17 and 18, in which important decisions related to the formation of the new government will be taken.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Delhi from the US tonight. After this, an important meeting will be held to form the government. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda and other top leaders of the party will also be present with PM Modi. In the meeting of these leaders, a final decision will be taken for the formation of the government in Delhi. During this, who will be the next CM of Delhi, it will also be decided.

The top leadership of the BJP has already completed the homework for the formation of the government in Delhi. The party has prepared a list of names of MLAs for the formation of government in Delhi, in which the names of 15 MLAs out of 48 have been given priority. Out of these 15 MLAs, 9 names will be finalised, in which the names of the Chief Minister, Ministers and Speaker will be decided.

According to party sources, BJP President J.P. Nadda has made it clear that the Chief Minister will be from among the elected MLAs and a decision in this regard will be taken in the Legislature Party meeting.

Nadda also indicated that some important policy decisions will be taken in the first cabinet meeting after the swearing-in of the Chief Minister. Another important announcement is that there will be no Deputy Chief Minister in the new BJP government in Delhi.

Let us tell you that the results of the Delhi Assembly elections were declared on February 8. In this election, the BJP won a landslide victory on 42 seats, while the Aam Aadmi Party was reduced to just 22 seats. Once again, the Congress account was not opened in this election. The current term of the Delhi Assembly is ending on February 26 and the new government will have to take charge before that.
