New Delhi, February 8 Apart from Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia also lost the election in the Delhi Assembly election results.
Arvind Kejriwal lost from New Delhi Assembly seat. He lost from New Delhi seat by 3,186 votes. BJP candidate Pravesh Singh Verma won from here.
At the same time, senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia lost from Jangpura seat. Here BJP’s Tarvinder Singh Marwah won by a margin of 1,844 votes.
In a conversation with the media after the defeat, Manish Sisodia said that we all fought the Delhi Assembly elections with great hard work. The people of Jangpura Assembly gave us a lot of love and respect. But, we were left behind. We congratulate the candidates who won. I hope they will solve the Jangpura problem. Now let’s see what to do. We will analyse where the mistake happened.
Senior AAP leader and Chief Minister Atishi won from Kalkaji seat, while Ramesh Bidhuri lost here.
AAP’s Durgesh Pathak lost from Rajendra Nagar assembly seat and BJP’s Umang Bajaj won.
AAP candidate Kuldeep Kumar won from Kondli assembly seat. BJP leader Neeraj Basoya won from Kasturba Nagar assembly seat.
Apart from this, AAP candidate Somnath Bharti lost from Malviya Nagar.
