New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce two bills in the Rajya Sabha on Friday to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961. The opposition, however, persisted with its demands on the Pegasus espionage issue, inflation and agricultural laws. The Rajya Sabha bulletin said, “Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman introduced a Bill to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 – The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Bill, 2021, and the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (Amendment) Bill, 2021.” Will do.”
Like-minded opposition parties met at the office of Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge to discuss strategy during the current session. It was decided to continue their demands and protests on the Pegasus espionage issue, fuel price hike and inflation apart from agricultural laws.
