NEW DELHI | The new cost of RT PCR test for corona test in Delhi will be 800. In the past, a petition was also filed in the court to reduce the prices of corona test. Now the Chief Minister himself has directed to reduce the prices of RT PCR test in Delhi.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal issued this directive on Monday, saying, “I have instructed that the rates of RT PCR tests in Delhi be reduced. RT PCR tests are being done free of cost in government establishments. However it will help those people, The person who is getting his corona test done in a private lab. ”

In Delhi, where the RT PCR test for corona infection was still taking place at Rs 2400. After this instruction given by the Delhi government, the RT PCR test has been reduced by about Rs 1600.

Acting on the instructions of the Chief Minister, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain initiated action on the proposal to reduce the rates of RT PCR test. Health Minister Satyendar Jain said, “The instructions given by the Chief Minister are being acted upon with immediate effect.”

Following the instructions given by the Chief Minister, the Delhi Government announced the new rates of RT PCR test on Monday evening. The new test rates to be decided by the Delhi government will be applicable to all private hospitals and private laboratories in Delhi. At the same time, RT PCR tests will be done free of cost in government laboratories and government hospitals.
