New Delhi| Ukrainian Armed Forces has killed Russian Major General Andrei Sukhovtsky, deputy commander of the 41st Army, in the Chernihiv region. UNIAN reported that the announcement was made by Anton Gerashchenko, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
