Kejriwal wins trust vote in Delhi, says government will be formed in Gujarat if Sisodia is arrested

New Delh| The Delhi government on Thursday won the confidence motion in the assembly. In the 70-member Delhi Assembly, 59 out of 62 MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party were present in the House during the trust vote. Two MLAs could not be present in the assembly due to being abroad and third Satyendra Jain in jail. Zero votes were cast against the trust vote. During the proceedings of the assembly, 7 BJP MLAs were marshalled out and the Leader of Opposition staged a walk out due to which no vote was cast in the opposition. After winning the trust vote, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that none of our MLAs could be bought.

Kejriwal accused the central government of spending Rs 6,300 crore in buying MLAs of other parties, which increased the prices of petrol and diesel. He said that the practice of buying MLAs of other parties should be stopped. Along with this, Kejriwal said that you people forgive the loans of your friends, stop doing this and if the loans are to be waived, then the loans of students and farmers should be waived.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that I say that I want to give free electricity, what do I do wrong in this. I say that I want to build schools and hospitals, we have built good schools and hospitals in the country in Delhi, but as soon as I say these things, more cases are filed against me. Kejriwal says that he and his government are being opposed because we are building good schools, good classrooms and good toilets for poor children. By doing this the opposition parties are opposing us. Kejriwal said that despite the opposition, we will continue with all our such works and will continue to do them.

During the CBI raid, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that since the CBI raided Manish Sisodia’s house, our vote in Gujarat has increased by 4 percent. I think the day Manish Sisodia is arrested, our votes will increase by 6 per cent. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal quipped that if Sisodia is arrested twice, our government will be formed in Gujarat.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said in the Delhi Assembly that a false and fabricated FIR has been registered against Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. False allegations of scam were made in the liquor policy. Manish Sisodia gave a statement immediately after this FIR that I am ready for any kind of investigation. Manish Sisodia did not claim defamation against those who filed the FIR, did not threaten them in any way.

The Chief Minister said that searches were conducted in Manish Sisodia’s house by tearing down mattresses and pillows. Intensive interrogation for 8 hours but CBI did not find anything against Manish Sisodia. Not only this, the CBI also went to Manish Sisodia’s village and took information about all the land and everything there. Check the bank locker. CBI men searched everywhere but found nothing against Manish Sisodia.

The Chief Minister said that Arvind Kejriwal also told the CBI that if arrest is required, then tell them that Sisodia is also ready to give arrest. The Chief Minister also said that Manish Sisodia would be arrested.

Speaking in the Delhi Assembly, the Chief Minister said that the Aam Aadmi Party is the party which would have had the maximum number of cases in the whole world. There have been 169 cases against our 49 MLAs. A small party has just been born and they have done 169 cases against us. Of these, 134 cases were ended by the court. The court said while scolding that there is nothing in these cases, 35 cases are still pending, that too will end.

The Chief Minister said that 16 of these cases have been registered against him himself. In 12 out of 16 cases, four are pending. 13 cases were made against Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in which he was acquitted in 10 and three cases are pending. 4 cases were registered against Satyendra Jain, out of which he has been acquitted in two cases and two cases are pending.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that false allegations of scam were also leveled against our government in the purchase of buses. When they got checked, nothing was found. Nothing was found in making similar false allegations on liquor policy. Alleged scams in schools, Mohalla clinics were accused of scams, but nothing was found in the investigation. Hospitals were also accused of scams but nothing was found in the investigation done by them.
