New Delhi| The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, claiming that his persistent lies had endangered the lives of people in the national capital. With this, the BJP has once again requested the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government to call a meeting of all the parties on the current Kovid-19 situation in Delhi.
Leader of the Opposition in Delhi Legislative Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said the health care system in the city has completely collapsed. The Kejriwal government is continuously risking the lives of the people of Delhi through lies and deception, which has completely failed to deal with the Kovid crisis.
He said Kejriwal is lying to the people of Delhi about medical facilities and the ability of his government to handle the epidemic. He has been continuously lying to people about the condition and availability of beds in government hospitals.
He said that 24,000 new cases in the last 24 hours have indicated a serious healthcare crisis in the national capital and the situation is now out of control of the AAP government.
Delhi BJP chief Adesh Gupta said that the statement made by Kejriwal about the lack of oxygen and remodevir injection is proof of his government’s failure.
Gupta said, Delhi is a wholesale market for drugs, from where the supply is all over North India, and for the last 15 days everyone is aware that black marketing of Kovid drugs is going on, but the Kejriwal government did nothing to stop it.
Meanwhile, talking about not having the right time to avoid any politics, Bidhuri said that the BJP is ready to assist in any way to cooperate with the AAP government and provide relief to the people of Delhi.
Bidhuri urged the Chief Minister to convene an all-party meeting immediately and formulate a common strategy to deal with this medical emergency in the national capital.
