A Toronto police officer has been convicted for the exploitation of a black man arrested in 2016. The prosecutor accused Constable Michael Theriault for torturing 19-year-old Dafonte Miller with his brother Christian in 2016 despite not being on duty and Whiteby (Whitby) of Ontario (Ontario) In the middle of two houses, he was beaten badly by a pipe and broke the left eye of the young man.
