NDMC launches a Jan Suvidha Portal as a contactless grievance redressal mechanism for the Residents and service users.

New Delhi: New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has launched a Jan Suvidha Portal as a contactless grievance redressal mechanism for the residents and service users of NDMC. The link for the Jan Suvidha portal is available on NDMC website (https://www.ndmc.gov.in/ complaints.aspx). The Jan Suvidha Portal can be used for lodging the grievance, tracking their grievance status and for giving feedback on the grievance redressal mechanism.

The Users can also lodge the grievance by personally attending Suvidha Camps to be held on 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. NDMC has decided that Suvidha Camp of second Saturday of every month will be held at NDMC Convention Centres, Jai Singh Road and of fourth Saturday of every month will be held at RWAs Centres. Each Suvidha Camp will cover few RWAs by taking into account close proximity and distance of each other. In this way, all the RWA can be covered within few months.

All the residents of NDMC, users/customers of various services provided by NDMC and NDMC employees can avail this opportunity to redress their grievances/issues/problems.
