NDMC Schools Deliver Extraordinary and Unprecedented Results in CBSE Class X and XII Exams : Keshav Chandra

New Delhi, May 14.“In a remarkable academic achievement, the schools under the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) have recorded unprecedented results in the CBSE Class X and XII examinations for the academic year 2024-25. “The remarkable and historic pass percentage of 99.44% in class X. Similarly, in Class XII, ting an impressive pass percentage of 98.46%” informed by Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Vice Chairman, NDMC.

NDMC Chairman and Vice Chairman congratulates all students, parents, and educators on this outstanding achievement and reiterates its commitment to providing quality education and empowering students to excel.

Shri Keshav Chandra stated that in the run-up to the board examinations, NDMC took several key initiatives to support its students which includes daily remedial classes across all 30 NDMC Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools, on Sundays and holidays without break after pre-boards results. Teachers provided individual attention to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence.

Shri Chahal said that NDMC organized Special PTMs with heads of schools and teachers to interact with parents to motivate them to achieve good attendance for remedial classes. Professional Counselling for the students to boost their confidence and overcome exam fear was conducted.

NDMC extended library hours to ensure board students have access to quiet study spaces and reference materials during the evenings. These focused efforts created an environment conducive to learning, motivation, and academic discipline—leading to this historic outcome.

He concluded that this extraordinary success has been made possible by the tireless dedication, sincere efforts, and continuous support of the teaching staff, working under the visionary leadership of Ms. Ranjana Deswal, Officer on Special Duty (Education) and Ms. Kritika Choudhary, Director (Education).
