Risk of another infection increased: infection now spreading from red onion, spread in 34 US states; CDC issued advisory to throw special types of onions
The infection spread to more than 400 people in the US, said the Food and Drug Administration, an outbreak of salmonella bacteria linked to red onion, the initial cases reported between June 19 and July 11, red, white, yellow and yellow from the supplier agency Sweet onions recalled.

There have been reported cases of Salmonella bacterial infection in Canada. According to a CNN report, 60 people have also been hospitalized due to being infected with the bacteria.

Its symptoms can appear anytime from 6 hours to 6 days after infection. Cases of infection are mostly seen in children older than 5 years or in elderly people above 65 years. It can reach the intestines if the infection increases more.
Company gives clarification – onion is being recalled
In this case, the name of Thomson International, which supplies onions in the US and Canada, has come up. The company says that they are aware that their onion infection cases are increasing. Shops that have supplied onions are being recalled.
