6-day lockdown in Delhi: Kejriwal

New Delhi| The rising cases of corona in the capital Delhi have also made the government restless. In view of the increasing cases, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has imposed a lockdown from 10 am to 26 April tonight at 6 am. He said that the fourth wave of epidemic in Delhi has weakened the health services.

About 23,000 Corona cases were reported in the city in the last 24 hours. At the same time, Kejriwal and Baijal held a meeting in the day to discuss the whole situation.

Kejriwal further said I would not say that our health system has collapsed, but it is in a dangerous situation due to rising Corona cases again.

On Sunday, he had said that less than 100 ICU beds are available in Delhi and there is also a shortage of oxygen in hospitals in Delhi.

Sisodia and Jain visited several government hospitals till late in the night on Sunday.

More than 25,000 new cases were reported in Delhi on Sunday.
