Mumbai: It has become something of a tradition in Bollywood: on Thursday evening, several prominent figures from the entertainment industry gathered at the home of Sunita and Anil Kapoor to celebrate Karwa Chauth.
Actress Shilpa Shetty arrived for the festivities wearing an ombre saree in shades of pink and red, paired with a green blouse. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni—daughter of Neetu and the late Rishi Kapoor, and sister of Ranbir Kapoor—was also in attendance, looking stunning in a pink lehenga.
Geeta Basra, actress and wife of former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, was spotted in a pink sharara suit, while Mini Mathur arrived wearing a red saree.
Mira Kapoor, wife of Shahid Kapoor, looked elegant in a gold saree featuring mirror-work along the border, paired with a matching blouse.
Maheep Kapoor, wife of actor Sanjay Kapoor, opted for a deep-red embroidered kurti paired with matching Bandhani-print pants. She completed her ethnic ensemble with a striking dupatta and a statement choker.
Bhavana Pandey, wife of Chunky Panday, appeared in a mustard-yellow embroidered suit, accessorized with a heavy dupatta and gold jewelry. Actress Neelam Kothari wore an emerald-green suit adorned with a delicate gold-embroidered border.
Veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure arrived for the puja in a red saree. With her hair left open and complemented by bold, festive makeup, she looked perfectly dressed for the occasion.
Natasha Dalal, wife of actor Varun Dhawan, arrived at the Kapoor residence in a light-pink satin co-ord set. She finished her look with a matching satin dupatta and a traditional maang tikka. Anshula Kapoor, niece of Anil Kapoor, joined the celebrations wearing a deep red halter-neck kurti, paired with matching pants and a dupatta. This marks Anshula’s first Karwa Chauth since her marriage to Rohan Thakkar on July 6, 2026.
