Shamli (Uttar Pradesh) | Two-foot 26-year-old Azim Mansuri has finally got the proposal for marriage. Now they are going to get married in the coming few weeks. Last month, Azim had made headlines when he approached the police and requested him to find a bride for himself.
The police were surprised by this, but they promised to help Azim.
Azim has studied up to class V and now runs a cosmetic store.
Azim said that due to his short height, he is having difficulty in getting a life partner for himself.
As soon as this story of his became viral, proposals for marriage started coming to him. One of these relations came from Ghaziabad, on which Mansuri took interest.
A girl sent a message to Azim on WhatsApp saying, “You are single, I am single too. I live in Delhi and want to marry you.”
Interestingly, Azim approached former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in 2019 to find a bride for himself.
Azim had also met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and then approached the police and urged him to solve his ‘problem’.
Azim, the youngest of six siblings, hails from Kairana.
