Delhi Assembly: Speaker Vijender Gupta said- ‘The report will be presented in the House at 12 o’clock’, Arvinder Lovely raised questions on ‘AAP’

New Delhi, February 25. The CAG report will be presented in the Delhi Assembly today. The Speaker said that it will be tabled in the House at 12 o’clock today.

At the same time, BJP MLA Arvinder Singh Lovely attacked the Aam Aadmi Party. He said, “The CAG report should have been presented by the previous government, but they did not present it. I think that after the CAG report is presented today, the corruption of the previous government will be exposed.”

He said, “There can be no politics on the CAG report, because it is not written by the ruling party but by the Auditor General. I think that to divert attention from this issue, sometimes Bhagat Singh and sometimes Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar’s name is taken.”

BJP MLA Poonam Sharma, while talking to IANS, said that the CAG report will be presented today, in which the scams that happened in Delhi in the last 12 years will be revealed. The panic of the opposition is clearly visible before the presentation of the report, that is why they have started creating ruckus from the first day of the proceedings of the House.

He hit back at the allegations of Aam Aadmi Party. He said, “Let me tell them that BJP is not an anti-Dalit party but respects Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. When Baba Saheb’s statue was being vandalized in Punjab, why did they not raise their voice at that time. They also know that the CAG report will be presented in the Delhi Assembly today, that is why they are creating ruckus and making allegations.”

Earlier, while talking to the media on Tuesday, Cabinet Minister in the Delhi Government, Pravesh Verma said that today the CAG report will be presented in the House. This report will expose the corruption of ‘AAP’. Today it will be known how much the people of Delhi have been looted.

BJP MLA Satish Upadhyay told IANS, “We are fully prepared for the CAG report. I think now it is the turn of the corrupt to go to jail, be it Arvind Kejriwal or Somnath Bharti or Atishi. Scams were committed in Delhi from water board, transport, health department to schools. Definitely all this will come in the CAG report. Now it is their turn to go to jail.”
