Indian-origin girl created history: By doing 100 asanas of yoga in Burj khalifa, set 2nd record within a month

Prosperity of Indian origin Kalia created history in Dubai

Samruddhi created a new record by giving 100 poses of yoga in 3 minutes in a small box. This is the third yoga title of prosperity, out of which 2 titles prosperity have made their names within 1 month.

Name entered in Golden Book of World Records

The news agency was quoted by Khaleej Times on Sunday as saying that 11-year-old Samridhi was named in the Golden Book of World Records for the ‘Fastest Hundred Yoga Posts Performed in Restricted Areas’ on Thursday. Samriddhi completed the challenge in 3 minutes and 18 seconds on the viewing deck of Burj Khalifa, Dubai’s famous building.

A week ago, a record was made by doing 40 yoga postures

Samruddhi has created this world record just weeks after creating a record of doing about 40 yoga asanas in a minute inside a small box. Samriddhi set another world record on International Yoga Day, which is celebrated every year on 21 June.


Samriddhi Kalia, Shared the secret of success

Samriddhi Kalia, a student at the 7th Ambassador School in Dubai, believes that such achievements can only be achieved with hard work and dedication. Samriddhi said that we should never give up. I practice every day. It is quite good when everyone around you is proud of you. It always inspires you to give your best.

Samriddhi has also been awarded the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Award in January 2020 for outstanding achievements in the field of yoga.
