New Delhi: On the night of 29.10.23, a PCR call regarding quarrel and that an injured minor was admitted in HRH was received in PS Subzi Mandi. The IO reached the hospital and found that the injured minor age 16 yrs had sharp injury on abdomen and was shifted to operation theatre.
On the statement of eye witness, FIR u/s 307 IPC was registered. Later, information was received from HRH that the injured has died during treatment. Hence, section 307 was converted to 302 IPC.
The accused has been apprehended and found to be a juvenile aged 14 years. The apprehended accused has revealed that the deceased had beaten him couple of times in the past hence he was nursing grudge against him and was looking for an opportunity to settle score.
