Punjab government issued notice to five former ministers, ordered to vacate government bungalow

Chandigarh, September 28 . The Punjab government has issued notice to five former ministers to vacate government bungalows. This includes the names of ministers including Balkar Singh, Anmol Gagan Mann and Jimpa, who recently resigned from their posts.

These ministers have been directed to vacate their government bungalows within 15 days. The notice issued by the government clearly states that these bungalows should be vacated with immediate effect, so that new ministers can be provided accommodation.

Former ministers Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, Chetan Singh Joda Majra, Balkar Singh, Brahm Shankar Jimpa and Anmol Gagan Mann have been asked to vacate the government bungalow.

Citing the rules, it is written – According to the rules, after any cabinet minister resigns from the post, the government residence can be retained for a maximum of 15 days, so you vacate the residence and hand it over to the Public Works Department, so that the newly appointed ministers can be allotted residences.

Let us tell you that 5 new faces have been included in the cabinet of the Punjab government. Tarun Preet Singh, Barinder Goyal, Hardeep Mundia, Dr. Ravjot Singh and Mohinder Bhagat have become ministers in the Punjab government. State Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann met all the new ministers on Tuesday. During this, the working style of their departments was also discussed with them.

The cabinet was changed by the government in view of the poor performance in the Lok Sabha elections. Let us tell you that in the Lok Sabha elections, the Aam Aadmi Party was able to win only 3 out of 13 seats in Punjab. It is rumored that this change was made in the cabinet of the Mann government due to this reason.
