Shooting of Lockdown Special ‘episode has made me self-reliant: Anya Singh

Mumbai | Actress Anya Singh played the lead role of the heroine in the web series ‘Never Kiss Your Best Friend’. She says that shooting for the ‘Lockdown Special’ episode of the show has taught her things that she might not pay much attention to. Anya told IANS, “The virtual shooting experience was quite exciting. We learned to become more self-sufficient and started doing a lot of things by ourselves, otherwise, we would not have noticed it. For example, as an actor we dress up, remember our scenes and dialogues and stand in front of the camera. But for our ‘Lockdown Special’ episode, we had to see what elements appeared in the frame. Our art directors, cinematographers and other experts take care of these things in regular shooting. ”

The story of this series revolves around two friends, Tani and Sumer, played by Anya and Nakula Mehta.

The series was released on 20 January this year on the OTT platform G5. ‘Lockdown Special’ consists of 10 episodes and will be launched on 18 June. Anya told that the lockdown episodes are not the second season, nor are we advancing the story. With this short ‘Lockdown Special’ series we are connecting with our audience.
