Sony won’t announce new TVs at CES 2023

San Francisco| Tech giant Sony Electronics will not announce new TV launches at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023. The company has confirmed this information to The Verge.

The tech giant is likely to showcase the upcoming PlayStation VR 2 virtual reality (VR) device at the event.

In a statement from Sony Electronics sent by spokesperson Chloe Thorn, the tech giant has confirmed that Sony will not be sharing any TV details during CES 2023. However, stay tuned for the announcement coming soon.

We plan launch timings based on various factors and are excited to bring new and exciting technology to customers again as soon as 2023,” said an earlier statement from the company.

The report states that every year, the company shows off its latest 4K TVs and other home theater hardware at the Las Vegas event.

It’s just one more day until Sony arrives at CES, the company said on its ‘Sony Group-Global’ account on Twitter on Wednesday. We have some incredible announcements to make so get ready!

Meanwhile, in November last year, the tech giant tweeted, “Sony Honda Mobility will be joining us on stage.”
