Karachi: Terrorists attack the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) building and killed 10 people including 4 terrorists. The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a terrorist group operating out of Afghanistan, claimed responsibility for the attack. The terrorists were piled up by law enforcement agencies.
The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) said its Majid brigade, which also included a suicide bomber, carried out the attack on the first day of the trading week.

All four terrorists, armed with explosives and ammunition, entered the parked area of the PSE building, Located on Chundiger Road, where State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and Important offices are located including Pakistan Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP). According to eyewitnesses, the terrorists hurled grenades at security guards, which then opened heavy fire on the officers. Pakistan Stock Exchange terrorist attack is the major terrorist attack in the country in 2020.
“The attackers came into the building in a silver Toyota Corolla car, parked it near the entrance and started throwing grenade bombs and continued firing,” said an eyewitness.
The security forces responded immediately to the attack and killed the four terrorists.
This attack killed people and The other dead included four security guards, two locals, while seven others were also injured and were hospitalized.
A police officer said, “The terrorists were armed with heavy ammunition and explosives. They were trying to sneak inside the Stock Exchange building. However, their intentions were realized by our Quick Response teams, who killed all four terrorists.”
According to officials of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the attack was carried out in the premises of the building, and confirmed that one of the four terrorists had managed to get inside. Pakistan Stock Exchange terrorist attack is a big question mark on current PM.
The Pakistan Rangers laid siege to the area and took the area under security cover, ending the operation after declaring the area free from terrorists.
