After 20 soldiers of the Indian Army lost their lives battling the Chinese at Galwan Valley, the All India Minority Front (AIMF) national president Asif has issued a statement.
The AIMF chief said that it is time for the nation now to show “unity of purpose” and present a “united face” against China.
He appeals to the political parties not to indulge in a blame game at this point.
This is a moment where we must stand together as a nation. The entire country needs to talk in one voice.
The statement said this is not the right time to question the handling of the situation. India is with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Let’s give the message to China that we are with our PM. We are with our forces and their families.
“Strong action will have to be initiated against China. Whatever that action may be, the AIMF will fully support the Government,” he said.
He clarified that China’s stand on India is known. India wanted to give respect to China. But what did China do in 1962. It’s our duty to be one and support the Prime Minister.
