New Delhi: Abrar Rizvi, has been appointed as the president of Karnataka Pradesh All India Minority Front (AIMF) on Saturday.
This was disclosed by Mr SM Asif, national president AIMF after a parliamentary meeting of the party held in New Delhi on Saturday. Mr Rizvi will set up his new working committee within a month.
The AIMF chief said, “The new president of Karnataka unit, is a well known social worker and has a sound knowledge in state politics from the last many years.”
“The AIMF has to make its space in Karnataka and for that we have taken this big step,” he added.
“I have full confidence that under Mr Rizvi’s leadership, the AIMF will give to the people of Karnataka, particularly the youth and poor what they want,” Mr Asif said.
