New Delhi:Amid rising tension between India and China, the national president of All India Minority Front (AIMF) S M Asif called for boycotting Chinese products across the country.
The move came as a mark of protest after 20 Indian soldiers were killed in Galwan valley in a violent face-off with the Chinese Army.
“I appeal to the Government to end all relations with China and encourage swadeshi udyog by providing easy bank loans,” said Mr Asif.
It is noted that many loan applications are pending in various banks under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme, which promotes swadeshi udyog to counter the Chinese products.
The AIMF chief also exhorted domestic traders to pay heed to the call given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to promote swadeshi products.
