PM Modi posted on social media for the first time after ‘Operation Sindoor’

New Delhi, May 9 Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday posted on a social media platform for the first time since the start of ‘Operation Sindoor’. PM Modi made three posts one after the other on the social media platform ‘X’. He congratulated American pastor Robert Francis Prevost on being elected the new Pope. Apart from this, PM Modi also reacted to the birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap and Rabindranath Tagore.

In the first post, PM Modi congratulated American pastor Robert Francis Prevost on being elected the new Pope. He wrote on the social media platform X, “On behalf of the people of India, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Holiness Pope Leo XIV. His leadership of the Catholic Church has come at a moment of profound importance to advance the ideals of peace, harmony, solidarity and service. India is committed to continuous dialogue and engagement with them to advance our shared values.”

In the second post, PM Modi wrote, ”Many salutes to the immortal warrior of the country, Maharana Pratap, on his birth anniversary. The courage and valor he displayed to protect the self-respect of the motherland has become a guide for our heroes and heroes even today. His valiant life dedicated to Mother India will always inspire the countrymen.”

In the third post, he wrote, ”Tribute to Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore on his birth anniversary. He is remembered for shaping the literary and cultural soul of India. His works emphasized humanism and also awakened the spirit of nationalism among the people. His efforts towards education and learning, which can be seen in his development of Shanti Niketan, are also very inspiring.”

Earlier on May 7, Prime Minister Modi informed the members of ‘Operation Sindoor’ launched against Pakistan in the Union Cabinet meeting. In the meeting, he also praised the Indian Army. At the beginning of the cabinet meeting, the cabinet ministers congratulated PM Modi for ‘Operation Sindoor’.

A source related to the cabinet had told that the Indian Army carried out the action as per the preparation without any mistake. All the ministers of the Union Cabinet expressed confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and said that the whole country is with him. During this, Prime Minister Modi praised the army and called it a proud moment.
