Telangana women send letter to Sonia and Rahul, urge implementation of 6 guarantees

Hyderabad, October 14 . People of a village in Telangana’s Adilabad district have written a letter to Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi demanding immediate implementation of six guarantees.

Villagers of Mukhra village in Echoda Mandal of Adilabad district have sent postcards to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and appealed to them to immediately implement the guarantees given by the Congress during the assembly elections held in November last year.

Vaishnavi, a resident of Mukhra village, in a letter written to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that you and your party have not yet fulfilled the six promises you made in your manifesto during the elections. The promise of giving Rs 2,500 to women under the Mahalakshmi scheme has also not been fulfilled. I request Sonia Gandhi Madam, the six promises made by your party at the time of elections should be implemented soon.

The woman has also sent a postcard to Sonia Gandhi. She wrote in it, “Madam Sonia Gandhi, during the assembly elections in Telangana, it was said in a public meeting in Tukkuguda that the first guarantee is to give Rs 2,500 per month to every woman under the Mahalakshmi scheme. It was said that six guarantees would be implemented within 100 days. It has been 300 days since the government came to power, but the six guarantees have not been implemented yet. So far no woman has received Rs 2500 under the Mahalakshmi scheme. You are requested to implement your promise immediately.

Apart from this, in another postcard, Navle Pravamika wrote that the Congress had talked about implementing six guarantees in Telangana within 100 days. But, it has been 300 days since your government came to power, but the six guarantees have not been implemented yet. You are requested to implement your promises immediately.

According to media reports, the villagers also sent a postcard to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy complaining about the delay in implementing the six guarantees. have expressed dissatisfaction. He reminded Rahul Gandhi that the Congress party had promised to implement the guarantees in 100 days, but, even after completing 300 days in power, it has failed to do so.
