Lucknow. Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has thanked the people for the excellent performance of SP in Uttar Pradesh in the Lok Sabha elections. He said that this is the victory of the unity of India Alliance and PDA.

SP’s performance in the Lok Sabha elections has been very good. The public has brought the party from 5 seats to nearly three dozen. The party became the biggest hurdle in BJP’s way to getting the absolute majority. The PDA formula of Akhilesh Yadav, which BJP leaders did not give much importance to, became the biggest weapon for SP. By correcting the caste formula, today it has become the party with the highest number of MPs in UP. This is the best performance of the party in parliamentary elections so far.
