NEW DELHI| Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated the hundredth Kisan Rail from Sangola in Maharashtra to Shalimar in West Bengal. He said that farmers of West Bengal have got a big option by the Kisan Rail. Prime Minister Modi said that the farming of every region of the country, farmers are being connected by Kisan Rail. Even in the last 4 months, this network of Kisan Rail has reached the figure of 100 in the midst of the challenge of Corona.
Prime Minister Modi said, “The Kisan Rail Service is also a major step towards increasing the income of the country’s farmers. This will bring a big change in the economy related to agriculture. It will also increase the strength of the country’s cold supply chain.”
Prime Minister Modi described the farmer’s train as moving cold storage and said, “It has fruits, vegetables, milk, fish, that is, the perishable things, they are coming from one place to another with complete security Huh.”
